Khalasuni Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the most cherished tourist destinations. The nearest railway station to reach the sanctuary is Sambalpur, 50 kilometres away. Bhubaneshwar forms the nearest airport which is well connected with all the major cities of India. Roadways also connect the sanctuary with cities like Riamal, Deogarh and Sambalpur.
