Blue-Capped Rock Thrush breeds in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountain Range and winters in the hill forests of southern India. During winter Blue-Capped Rock Thrush is found throughout Pakistan, parts of Myanmar and India, especially in the Western Ghats Mountain Range in India.
