He has finished his schooling from Army Public School, Delhi and graduated in Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi. Career of Gautam Rode Gautam Rode initially started out his acting career in Bollywood with the film "Annarth", starring opposite Preeti Jhangiani. He has also done commercial advertisements for ‘Fogg Deo’, ‘Clinic Plus’, ‘Surf Excel’, ‘Center Fresh’, ‘Titan Watches’, ‘Coca Cola’, ‘Vennesa Deo’, ‘Mist Deo’, ‘Toyota’, ‘Jai Soap’, ‘Ponds Cream’, ‘Fair and Lovely’ and ‘Lays Chips’. "Tere Bina", a music album by Abhijeet Bhattacharya also featured Gautam Rode in the music video. In "Baa Bahoo Aur Baby", Gautam Rode played an ‘NRI Anish’ whom ‘Baby’ falls in love with, and in "Lucky" he played the title character, a young con who runs a fake antique shop in Chor Bazaar. He also appeared as a guest in the show "Mallika-E-Kitchen’s 1st Season". Gautam Rode was also hosting "India’s Got Talent" along with Meiyang Chang, which on airs on Colors TV. He also hosted "Nach Baliye" along with Karan Wahi. Gautam Rode has worked in many Hindi serials. He also played the role of ‘Rudra’ in the daily soap opera "Maha Kumbh". Currently, he is playing the lead role of ‘Saraswatichandra’ in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s show "Saraswatichandra" on STAR Plus. Gautam Rode made his Bollywood comeback in 2009 with Ram Gopal Varma’s horror flick titled "Agyaat" where he enacted the role of ‘Sharman’, in which he received noteworthy reviews praising his performance.
