Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, situated in Srinagar city of the India state Jammu and Kashmir, is famed for hosting the largest Tulip garden of Asia. Spanning over an area of 12 hectares, the beautiful garden is located on the foothills of Zabarwan range. It was previously known as Model Floriculture Centre, Sirajbagh, Cheshmashahi. The magnificent garden offers a splendid overview of world famous Dal Lake. Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden was conceptualized and created by the then Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad, in the year 2006-07.

Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden was made with the purpose of augmenting floriculture and promoting tourism in the picturesque Kashmir Valley. A walk through the vast stretches of vibrant tulips blooming and waving charmingly in the garden along with the chilly breeze of Srinagar creates a heavenly experience for the visitors. The garden is known to grow more than 70 varieties of tulip flowers. This garden is surrounded on its three sides by Mughal Gardens, Chashma Shahi and Nishat Bagh.
