 Pwan Shankar is an actor of the small screen born in Allahabad. He is a management graduate from IMT Ghaziabad. He left a regular job in Allahabad and came to Mumbai and enrolled in Kishore Namit Kapoor's acting course. Following that he did many prestigious ad campaigns, the most popular being that of the Reid & Taylor with Amitabh Bachhan. He capitulated to fame with the serial 'Siddhant.'
His strong performance as a lawyer in another popular K-series soap 'Kasamh Se' also had a deep impact on the audiences. He has also acted in other serials like 'Thoda Si Zameen, Thoda Sa Aasman' and 'Aisa Desh Hai Mera.' Pawan Shankar is married to Yukti and has a son Devasya.
