He did his M.B.A. from Nagpur University, Maharashtra. Political Life of Mukul Balkrishna Wasnik Earlier Mukul Balkrishna Wasnik represented Buldhana, a Lok Sabha constituency of Maharashtra. He represented from Buldhana, Lok Sabha during 1998-1999, 10th Lok Sabha during 1991-1996 and 8th Lok Sabha during 1984-1989. Mukul Balkrishna Wasnik was National President of National Students Union of India during 1984-1986. Mukual Wasnik was President of Indian Youth Congress during 1988-1990.
