Phulwaria is a town in the district of Varanasi
(a part of Varanasi division), located in the state of Uttar Pradesh
, India. It is a census town and is amongst the oldest regions in the Varanasi division. Phulwaria town is further segregated in 7 different parts, which include Imliya Ghat, Sariya, Main Phulwaria and other.
Geography of Phulwaria
Phulwaria town is bordered by river Varuna on one side and by the 39GTC campus on the other side. The climate of Phulwaria is mostly similar to that of the other regions of Varanasi district. The average temperature during summer months is around 29 degree Celsius, where as the average temperature during winter almost drops to 18-19 degree Celsius. The average annual rainfall is around 40.37 inches.

. The Panchayat Block is situated at Shivdaspur. Most of the basic utilities and facilities, like Railway Station, Sessions Court, Head Post Office, are located in the region.
