Bhramara mudra is the symbol of Brahma. Bhramara is a Sanskrit word which means male bee and mudra is a form of expression by the use of fingers of both the hands of a human being. Bhramara mudra is a type of hand gesture which is good for allergies and removes the root cause of disease.

Steps of Bhramara Mudra

Place the index finger at the base of thumb.
Touch the tip of thumb beside the fingernail of the middle finger
Extend ring and little fingers.
Focus attention and breathe as deeply, slowly and smoothly as possible.
Hold for several minutes. The Bhramara mudra can be done four times a day for seven minutes.
