Balance of Chakras
The chakras in the body are balanced by yoga, meditation and different type of therapies.

Reiki Touch Therapy which is used to balance the chakras in the body There are seven Chakras inside our body namely Root Chakra, Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Brow Chakra and Crown Chakra located in an alignment from top of the head to root of the spine. Chakras are wheel like energy centres that have the ability to receive, assimilate and transmit energy. This energy is life force which is called `Prana` in Sanskrit and `Chi`in Chinese. The Balance of Chakras in the body are done by yoga, meditation and different type of therapies.

When the Chakras are out of alignment and distorted or even stagnant life force energy cannot flow in and out easily and the physical body suffers resulting in ill health and emotional problem. The general causes of Chakra imbalance are- stress, suppression of emotion, beliefs not matching with truth, disconnection from a higher power, unhealthy diet, no exercise, exposure to toxicity etc. If the Chakras are fully closed, it does not allow the outer energy to come inside the body and flow through. If the Chakras are opened too much, all the life force energy is lost in a person. So it is required to balance a Chakra properly.

Each Chakra has a resonance of particular frequency in which it vibrates. When the vibration deviates from natural frequency, Chakras are in imbalanced state. Charkas are returned back to balanced state by vibrating them in their natural frequency, which also helps to harmonize with the universal energy.

Meditation and Kundalini Yoga are the best way to bring the Chakras back to the balance. Also various foods and exercise cleanse and stimulate the Chakras. The most commonly used tools to balance Chakras are color therapy, crystals and gems, light and sound therapy, subtle aromatherapy, sacred geometry and touch therapy.

Color Therapy :Each Chakra is associated with different colors and the colors in turn represents various moods. So specific color is used to balance the Chakras.

Crystals and Gems: Crystal therapy is an ancient art which is also associated with definite colors assigned for each chakra.

Light Therapy : The light therapy transmits electromagnetic frequency to the Chakras of the body so that they can be brought back to their original resonance.

Sound Therapy : sound vibration has a great effect on our emotional feelings. Sound therapy includes tuning fork, music, chanting, toning, quartz crystal bowls. Sounds of specific resonance is used to balance specific Chakra.

Aromatherapy: Scented candles and essential oils promote emotional well-being and stress-free relaxed life, which has direct connection to Chakra.
