Chronopsychologists found that one`s mental state changes during the cycle of the day and even there is best or most favorable time of the day. Swara yoga also repeats the words of Chronopsychologists and further specifies the time, which are either auspicious or inauspicious. Swara Yogi knows that during the flow of left nostril or right nostril, the favorable elements rise that signifies the most suitable time to undertake the things to become successful.
