Unmani Mudra
Unmani Mudra is a yogic posture that can be practiced by only those who have achieved a high state in the art of Yoga.
* One has to sit in the posture of Padmasana or Siddhasana with eyes half open.
* He has to fix mind on the space just a few inches from the eyes. Thereafter meditate upon the formless, nameless and never ending self without any thought in mind.
This Mudra gives peace of mind thereby unfolds inner glories of the Spirit through Samadhi.
