Unity and Destruction ChakrasThese are companion to the navel chakras and are analogous, excluding that the left one copes more with emotions and the right one more with thoughts. When the energy from these chakras is flowing fine and positively out the front of the body, one has a sense of unity among the dissimilar bodies, as well as between the whole body system and celestial energy.

Energy from blocked unity and devastation chakras goes out the back and can be very damaging indeed. A person with such blocks is normally unconscious of their damaging part not only in his/her life, but also in the lives of others. If one thinks one is devastating or is causing problems, one may wish to check these areas and bring the energy to the front portion to turn in into unity. It does not matter whether one is aware of the devastation caused from these chakras. It is one`s own energy and one can still cause karma with it. Too much energy can be brought to the navel for a serene feeling across the whole area.
