It is the tomb of Sufi saint Hazrat Turabal Haq Shah or Turatpeer Baba, who spent most of his last days of life in Parbhani. This dargah is popular for its annual fair, which is around 108 years old. The fair takes place in the month of February. Turabul Haq Dargah is the symbol of unity in all religions; thousands of followers of all religions come to visit this dargah and the fair. The visitors have claimed that their wish got fulfilled after visiting the dargah. Turabul Haq Dargah is often called as the "Ajmer Sharif of Maharashtra" because of its huge popularity. Along with fulfilling wishes, people also visit this dargah in the hope of curing their diseases. It has been estimated in 2015 that almost 5 lakh people visited the Turabul Haq Dargah.
