Tse MudraTse Mudra is a good Mudra to handle depression. This mudra is set of exercises of three secrets. Regular practise of this mudra can be an aid to all worries, fears, and unhappiness. Moreover, it is believed that practicing Tse Mudra can turn away misfortune and bad luck, and overcomes depressions. In addition, it is known to increase personal magnetism and enhance the intuitive and mental powers. Weakness is the water element of the kidney and bladder. This element can actually be restored or recharged. Practising Tse Mudra can be stretched vigorously and work wonders.

In order to practise Tse Mudra, place both hands on the thighs. Put the thumb tip onto the root of little finger. Slowly encircle thumbs with the other four fingers while slowly inhaling through the nose. It is necessary to hold one`s breath and chant "OM" seven times in the head while hearing the vibration of the tone with the right ear. Then slowly exhale while drawing in the abdominal wall; open hands again and it is important to imagine all worries are leaving the body. This exercise can be repeated seven to forty-nine times.
