The Hazaribagh National Park stretched upto 19 kms from the town of Hazaribagh. One can also avail bus services on regular basis. These buses ply to places like Koderma, Hazaribagh Road railway station, Patna, Gaya, Ranchi, Dhanbad, Dalotongunj etc. To meet the demands of the local populace the transportation of Hazaribagh is supplemented with the services of small vehicles. For example from the town one can obtain auto rickshaws, taxis without meters, cycle rickshaws, cabs to go to the park.
