Geetanjali started her career in the television industry in 2002, when she starred in the Indian thriller anthology television show called Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat, which aired on Sony TV. Eventually she got roles in more hit serials like Kahi to Milenge, Raat Hone Ko Hain, Karam Apna Apna and Jersey no. 10. But Geetanjali Tikekar became a household name when she portrayed the villainous role of Aparna in the hit series Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Her most recent roles are in the 2015 and 2016 Hindi romantic dramas called Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon?...Ek Baar Phir and Ek Duje Ke Vaaste.
