Born in Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra, Geetanjali Tikekar is a famous Indian television actress. Geetanjali rose to fame when she portrayed the role of Aparna, a K series vamp in the Star Plus" hit series Kasautii Zindagii Kay.
Career of Geetanjali Tikekar
Geetanjali started her career in the television industry in 2002, when she starred in the Indian thriller anthology television show called Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat, which aired on Sony TV. Eventually she got roles in more hit serials like Kahi to Milenge, Raat Hone Ko Hain, Karam Apna Apna and Jersey no. 10. But Geetanjali Tikekar became a household name when she portrayed the villainous role of Aparna in the hit series Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Her most recent roles are in the 2015 and 2016 Hindi romantic dramas called Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon?...Ek Baar Phir and Ek Duje Ke Vaaste.

Geetanjali Tikekar married her Kasautii Zindagii Kay co-star Sikandar Kharbanda and currently has a son named Shaurya Kharbanda, who was born on 1st December, 2008.
