Sushant Divgikar is an Indian TV actor and video jockey who appear in television shows and films. In July 2014, he was crowned "Mr Gay India 2014". He represented India at Mr Gay World 2014. He won various special awards during Mr Gay World 2014, and has been the only delegate from India to win the three sub awards. He is widely known for participating in India"s most popular TV reality show "Bigg Boss Season 8" representing the LGBT community. He wants to be an icon for India"s LGBT community. He has hosted a fashion and style based show titled "Backseat with Sushant".
Early Life of Sushant Divgikar
Sushant Divgikar was born on 2nd July 1990 in Maharashtra, Mumbai to Marathi parents Pradeep Divgikar and Bharati Divgikar in Bandra, Mumbai. His Father Pradeep is the General Secretary of the Greater Mumbai Amateur Aquatics Association (GMAAA). He has done his schooling from Arya Vidya Mandir School in Bandra West.

Sushant Divgikar participated in "Mr. Gay World 2014". He was among the top 10 finalist and is the first person in the history of the pageant to have 4 sub awards. He was a contestant of the biggest reality show in India, "Bigg Boss Season 8".

Sushant Divgikar has an older brother, Karan Divgikar, who has also been a former Gladrags model and has walked the ramp for many reputed designers and fashion brands. Sushant Divgikar is a certified Psychologist and holds a Masters Degree in Industrial psychology. Divgikar due to his multidisciplinary talent has also been a company member of the Terence Lewis Contemporary Dance Company and is trained in dance forms such as ballet, modern - contemporary (western), jazz and salsa.
