Sri Chandrapuri Teerth located in Uttar Pradesh is a Jain pilgrimage centre. The teerth kshetra is situated on the bank of the Ganga River near the Chandravati village and is 17 Kms away from Singhpuri. The temple is dedicated to Lord Chandraprabha, eighth Jain Tirthankara.

The teerth kshetra is sanctified by the four Kalyanakas - chyavan, birth, diksa and attainment of omniscience of Lord. The sacred place finds its mention in `Vividh Tirth Kalpa` written by Acharya Jinaprabhasurishvarji, in Jain scriptures and in many other tirthmalas. There are many ancient hills located here that provide a very good subject for study to the Archaeologists and Historians. Many ruins and other materials have been found here. Lord Chandraprabha had spent many valuable days here and thus this place is regarded as very holy and sacred. The idol of Lord Chandraprabha is believed to possess miraculous powers. Devotees from far off places visit the temple to offer their prayers. It is believed that if prayed with all devotion the Lord fulfils the wishes of the pilgrims.

The temple of Sri Chandrapuri Teerth houses the idol of Lord Chandraprabha. The temple has been magnificently decorated with intricate artistic designs. The idol of the Lord is 45 cm in height and is white in colour. It is seated in a padmasana posture. The idol has been beautifully carved from a single stone and looks very appealing.
