Reptilian or First BrainThe first brain relates directly to the physical body and deals primarily with territorialism and existence. Every person needs to be contented with their territory or space, particularly in Kundalini raising, when one becomes susceptible to others energies and do not function as well in the world.

If one has had poor sense of survival, one will discern an undercurrent of constant checking in oneself about the safety of places or situations. One will recurrently observe others, either as menaces or assistances to survival. One will overly be anxious about `fitting in`.
