Premature Ejaculation is a common problem of young age. Its main cause is lack of knowledge of co-existence of life. Much of the young crowd, all over the world, spend a lot of time and money in treating this irregularity but end up getting disappointed and frustrated instead.

Causes of Premature Ejaculation:
There are various causes of premature ejaculation. They are:

•Faulty lifestyle and diet also add up to the increase of this disorder. Diet including sour, pungent and late digestible food substances, the consumption of alcohol along with chewing gutka, tobacco and smoking also lead to this problem.

•Even a laid back lazy lifestyle without doing any forms of exercises lead to this problem.

Treatment of Premature Ejaculation by Nature Cure:
A change in the diet, where by the use of such foods should be stopped which enhance sexual urge or produce Constipation. Infact light and easily digestible food substances should be intaken. The meals should be taken atleast 3 hours early before sleeping.
