Pallavi Joshi, Indian Actress Pallavi Joshi is a film and television actress who has donned silver screen from a very tender age. Her family has always been attached to the entertainment industry as her parents were well-known theatre artists and his brother Alankaar was a popular child artist. For her it was a natural progression into the medium.

Right from her early years Pallavi Joshi had got to work with the best directors including Shyam Benegal, Hrishikesh Mukherjee, Sudhir Mishra, Subhash Ghai, Amol Palekar in some of the most prestigious assignments of the Bollywood film industry. She has acted in Hindi and Marathi films as a child artist in movies like `Badla` and `Aadmi Sadak Ka.` She was noticed in particular for her portrayal of a blind child who changes a notorious gangster in `Dada` (1979). She has also acted in many off beat movies like `Rukmavati ki Haveli`, `Suraj ka Satvan Ghoda` ,`Trishagni`, `Vanchit`, `Rihaee` and many others. She has also portrayed many cameo roles in popular movies.

The small screen also found one of the most versatile actresses of all times. She has written and produced a television drama called `Aarohan` for Doordarshan and it is the only drama shot on an Indian naval base and aboard, the INS aircraft carrier Vikrant. She has also been the producer of the huge thrillers like `Neha` and `Sikander.` She had gained much popularity in Vipul Shah`s famous serial `Alpviram` and also in the lead role of Reva in the serial `Kkehna Hai Kuch Mujhko.` She has appeared in many other television serials like `Mr Yogi`, `Bharat Ek Khoj`, `Justujoo`, `Mriganayani` and `Imtihaan.` She also has to her credit of hosting shows like Zee Antakshari and Zee Sa re ga ma pa Marathi L`il Champs. She has been the producer of many Marathi movies.
