Nohar

The vast continent of India houses a number of towns and cities, which have flourished by leaps and bounds. In case of Rajasthan also the same phenomenon is observed. One such significant place is Nohar. In fact Nohar is the name of a city, which is situated in the district of Hanumangarh of same Indian state. A municipality has been established so that it can supervise its administration.

The strategic location of Nohar also is quite significant. Nohar rises approximately at 29.18° N 74.77° E. It has an average height of 186 meters or 610 feet. Males constitute 53 % of the population while the population of females constitutes 47 %. In Nohar, children who are below six years of age constitute 16 % of the total population.

Literacy condition acts as vital information. It is said that the average literacy rate of Nohar comprises of 61 %, which is higher than that of the entire nation. 59.5 % is the average literacy rate of India. Male literacy constitutes 70 %. Rate of female literacy constitutes 52 %.

In order to carry on conversation people use a famous dialect of Rajasthani called Bagri. Other languages like Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu are quite significant.
