Mona Singh is a television actress born on October 8, 1980. She is a popular Indian model and a small screen actress. Born into a Punjabi family, Mona Singh lives in Mumbai. She also has an elder sister who lives in Australia.
Career of Mona Singh
Mona Singh made her debut role in the popular serial `Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin` in Sony TV Channel. She played the main female protagonist in the serial. In the year 2006 she also participated in the celebrity dance show `Jhhalak Dikhhlaja` and bagged the winning crown. In November 2006, she also took part in an Aids Event and in the same year she also went for a world tour with a number of actors performing in popular numbers. In the following year Sony TV Channel signed her as their brand ambassador for a span of 13 months. She also hosted the `Femina Miss India` and `Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega` she is also hosted Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 4. Apart from serials Mona Singh has also endorsed many brands. She has done a supporting role in the Rajkumar Hirani directed movie 3 Idiots. In the movie she portrayed the role of elder sister of Kareena Kapoor.
