But he is mostly famous for the character of Joydeep Sahil Virani in "Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi", which was telecasted in Star Plus channel in 2007. Phillauri, Andhadhun, Rangoon, Udta Punjab and Naam Shabana are the most popular names in his filming career which brought him on the spotlight.

Manav Vij was a homeopathy doctor before coming to film industry. He studied homeopathy from Ludhiana Medical College. In 2009, Manav Vij got married to Meher Vij in Mumbai, who is also a popular Indian actor.

Career of Manav Vij
After Shaheed-E-Azam in 2002, he got the opportunity to act in `Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi` in 2007. There he played the role of an innocent guy who is very lovable and adorable named Joydeep Sahil Virani. He was the adopted son of Sandeep Baswana aka Saahil in that daily soap. "Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi" brought him the real fame in filming career. Apart from `Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi`, "Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil" in 2008 and "Mitwa Phool Kamal Ke" in 2009 are some of the other serials in which Manav Vij acted.
