Kupli Park

The Kupli Park is an angler’s paradise as it is situated amidst the natural beauty of the Kopili River in Meghalaya.

Located within the Iooksi village about 40 km from the district headquarters of Jowai, the Kupli Park is set amidst natural beauty in the Jaintia Hills district in the state of Meghalaya. Making the park more conducive for tourism, the Department of Social Forestry has built an approach road leading to the Kupli Park. Construction of ram shelters, railing in the view points, sitting benches and play items for children also attracts visitors to the park.

The park is situated along the banks of the Kopili River, thus making it an ideal centre for recreation. The river is an angler"s paradise and thus the Kupli Park is a popular tourist spot in the area.

The nearest railway station is at Guwahati at a distance of 200 km from the park and the Shillong Airport is the closest at a distance of 114 km from the Kupli Park.
