Kauriaganj

India is a vast country, which houses a multitude of towns and cities. Kauriaganj is a nagar panchayat town that has been located in the district of Aligarh of the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Over the years numerous demographers have conducted surveys in order to throw some light about the demography of the Kauriaganj town. Especially the Census report of the year 2001 is quite a relevant document. According to this report Kauriaganj`s total population is 10,581. Thus the population of males comprises of 53 percent. The rate of male literacy, like the population status, is more than that of the females. The former one is 50%, and the latter is 31%.
