Iivrasamveganam asannah

It is the twenty first yoga sutra that is contained in Patanjali Yoga Sutras.

Samadhi Samadhi is the ultimate goal and this goal is for them more near who are intensely passionate and vigorous. This truth gains an articulation in the twenty first yoga sutra of Patanjali yoga, named as Iivrasamveganam asannah

tivra vehement, intense, severe, sharp, acute, supreme, poignant
samveganam those who are quick, cheerful (samvega is a technical word like samyama)
asannah drawn near, approached, near in time, place or number

The goal is near for those who are supremely vigorous and intense in practice.

Samadhi is within his bounds, who is honest and pure at heart, enthusiastic, intense and tremendously energetic. He quickly reaches the highest goal of yoga, assisted also by his residual compiled virtues. However, sometimes even an ardent aspirer may become mild or average, slow or moderate, in his practice.

In the Siva Samhita, chapter v. 16, aspirers are categorised as feeble (mrdu), moderate (madhyama), sharp in understanding and vigorous (adhimatra), and possessing massive energy and supreme enthusiasm (adhimatratama).
