Gunjan Vijaya, Indian Television ActressGunjan Vijaya is an Indian television actress and model, who has worked in different television soaps. She made her debut on Indian television in the year 2005, with Sahara One"s Hindi TV series "Hare Kkaanch Ki Choodiyaan". She was subsequently seen in one of the longest running and most successful fiction TV soaps, Ekta Kapoor"s "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi", in the role of Archita Virani. She has also acted in a Bollywood movie, the 2006 Fardeen Khan and Vivek Oberoi-starrer "Pyare Mohan".

Television Career of Gunjan Vijaya
Gunjan Vijaya hailed from Gujarat. She has also worked as a model and has participated in several fashion shows, before eventually starting her television career with the Hindi daily soap opera "Hare Kkaanch Ki Choodiyaan", which aired from December 2005 on Sahara One. The show, focussing on the story of a young pregnant woman who faces many obstacles in life, saw Gunjan featuring in the role of the bratty Saanya. She was next seen in the role of Archita Virani in one of Asia"s most popular and long running television shows, Ekta Kapoor"s "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi", wherein she essayed the character Archita Virani and got further noticed.

Gunjan was seen as Khwaish Khanna in Ekta Kapoor"s another long running TV soap opera "Kesar", which concluded on May 31, 2007. She also featured in the TV show "Karbon Kopy". After the conclusion of "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi" in 2008, the actress was next seen on the small screen in 2013, in Colors TV"s "Beintehaa". She was seen portraying the character Nafeesa Fahad Abdullah on the show, which aired till November 2014. The actress was last seen as Barkha on &TV"s series "Ganga".

Gunjan Vijaya also featured in the 2006 Bollywood film "Pyare Mohan", alongside actors Vivek Oberoi and Fardeen Khan.
