The very charming and talented actress Grusha Kapoor essayed the role of an evil and menacing mother-in-law in the very popular Star Plus show `Kehta Hai Dil`. In fact her role was so convincing that all the daughters of the country started praying that they would never get a mother-in-law so conniving and malicious like her.

She has been seen meting out brilliant performances in Bollywood flicks like `Janam Samjha Karo` starring the Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and the gorgeous damsel Urmila Matondokar. The other movies in which she acted are `Tantrik`, `Hawa` and `Shakti`.
