Raisen , the district headquarters is located at a distance of 42 km.in the east, Silwani, is located in the northwest at a distance of 12 km. Bhopal, the state capital is located in the west at a distance of 89 km. The nearest airport is the Bhopal airport and the nearest railway station is the Sagar Railway Station.
