Edaganasalai is a town in Salem district in the southern state of India, Tamil Nadu. The local administration of the place is looked after by a panchayat.
As per the 2001 census report, Edaganasalai had a population of 29,593 inhabitants. Males constitute 54% and females 46% of the population.
