Body Confidence Chakras

Two chakras on the upper arms and two on the upper thighs are known as the body confidence chakras.

Body Confidence ChakrasThese four chakras- two on the upper arms and two on the upper thighs, when equilibrised and open, give a sense of physical well being, sustenance through the body and body confidence. It is best to massage these areas softly. One must allow the energy to flow in a balanced way. One can take a few minutes. It is necessary to feel good about oneself and being in their own body. With the body confidence chakras too open, a person is exaggeratedly obsessed with the body and its well-being; if it too closed, a person will be out of touch with the body.
