Amit Sarin is not an unknown name in the television industry anymore. In this soap he plays the character of Chaitanya who enters the life of Anupama (played by Barkha Bisht) and finds that she is not treated nicely. She is also termed by her near and dear ones as `manhoos` and tries to rebuild her confidence. In the process of bringing the comprehension into the soul of others that she is not evil, he falls in love with her. About working with Barkha Bisht he feels that she is a very nice human being and is even better as an actor. They are also very comfortable working with each other and declared that it is great fun working with her. About the producer Aruna Irani also he also holds high esteem in his heart about her mettle as a brilliant actor and also as a producer. He claims that she is not only creatively amazing but also knows the details of each scene.
Amit Sarin has also done an item number in Pankuj Parashar`s `Inteqaam`. In his personal life he is happily engaged to Vineesha Arora who appeared on the big screen in the Bollywood chartbuster `Supari`. They both met in the acting classes of Kishore Namit Kapoor and from there, their relation of friendship took a different turn and they got engaged in a low key ceremony with family and friends in December 2003. Marriage is yet not on the cards as both are busy establishing themselves in their respective fields. In his personal life he is a very good human being as well. All his co-stars have very good opinion about him and he gets well along with everyone. He also dreams of making his entry into the Bollywood Film Industry but at present he wants to concentrate in the medium of television. About his long cherished dream he claims that there is still time and is also confident about the fact that he would become a star of Bollywood one day.
