Demography of Seppa
According to the Indian census of 2011, Seppa had a population of 14,965 people, out of which 53 percent are males and 47 percent are females. Average literacy rate is 53 percent with 64 percent of male literacy rate and 41 percent of female literacy rate. 21 percent of the population is under 6 years of age.
Tourism in Seppa
Seppa has some popular tourist spots, which are Seppa Museum, Craft Center, Library, Paum Reserve Forest etc. The forest is rich in flora and fauna and it is located in the Pakke Kesang Valley. Sagalee is a sub-divisional headquarters located at a distance of 112 km from Itanagar. This region is inhabited by the Nyishi tribal people, so it gives an experience to the lifestyle of Nyishi tribal people.
