Kutlehar Forts is a group of forts in Himachal Pradesh. These forts were built by Sansar Chandra, the ruler of Kangra.

Kutlehar Forts, Himachal PradeshKutlehar Forts, also known as "Forts of Solasingi", is a group of forts in Una district of Himachal Pradesh. Located on Solasingi Dhar Range at an altitude of 4500 m above sea level, these forts were built by Sansar Chandra, the ruler of Kangra. Later in 1809, these forts were renovated by Maharaja Ranjit Singh. The ceilings of the fort are made of huge stone slabs. 10 out of 16 forts at this site are in ruins.

The Kutlehar Forts offer panoramic views of the overlooking Gobind Sagar Lake and Pong Dam. Other attractions near these forts are the Gobind Sagar Lake, Kutlehar Forests and Raipur Palace.

Visiting Information of Kutlehar Fort
Kutlehar Forts are approachable from Bangana and Piplu, up to Jarola by bus. From Jarola, one has to trek to Solasingi Dhar Range to reach the forts. Nearest airport is at Amritsar and the nearest railway station is at Hoshiarpur in Punjab.
