Situated in the Amralem civil sub division of Jowai, the Krang Suri Falls is amongst the popular waterfalls of Meghalaya in the West Jaintia Hills district. To transform the place into a tourist destination the District Administration has initiated steps to construct chiselled and gravelled footpaths and viewpoints. These were done to enable visitors to better appreciate the beauty of the waterfall and its surroundings. From the natural multi coloured stones available in the area, the footpaths are hewn. There is zero use of cement and the stones have been placed symmetrically to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the area.
