Ialong Park, MeghalayaOverlooking the scenic valley of Pynthowah, the Ialong Park is known for its sacred grove and its picturesque setting with a variety of flowers that are native to the state of Meghalaya. Located about 8 km from Jowai, the Ialong Park is one of the popular tourist attractions in the Jaintia Hills district. The park is under the Special DRDA Tourism Project taken up by the district administration.

To facilitate tourism, some changes were made in the Ialong Park, like the construction of a water eco- park along with accommodating the place with water dams, toilets, canals, changing rooms etc.

The nearest railway station is at Guwahati at a distance of about 155 km from the park and the Shillong Airport is the closest at a distance of 69 km from the Ialong Park.
