Importance of Massage for Beauty Treatments
Due to several factors and diseases the natural rhythm and glow of the body get lost, as a result of which skin starts to look dry, rough and dull. The 40-day massage can help to rejuvenate those things bringing back the natural glow and suppleness of the skin. The massage predominantly starts from the base of the spine as it is the most important part of the human body. Proper shape of spine enhances a person"s appearance.

Methods of Massage for Beauty Treatments
The massage first starts from the spine and then it gradually moves towards hands, then forearms, followed by palms and fingers. First, the base of the spine should be patted with oily palms, then kneading with the fingers and rubbing upwards should be done with wrists. This massage should be given for 15 minutes. After massage of the spine comes massage of the hands. It should be started from the shoulder blades and more attention should be devoted to the massage under the armpits, joints of wrists and fingers. The process of massage is the same. Finally squeezing the fingers and twisting the joints should be done. Then oil should be dropped on the nails to finish this massage session of hands. Massage should not take more than 15 minutes for each hand.

Massage for Beauty TreatmentsAfter massage of hands, comes massage of neck and shoulders. This massage should be a little harder and should not take more than 5 minutes. Relaxation after this massage is not necessary. Finally, the massage of the face should be started. Gentle rubbing should be given on the areas of eyelids, sockets, eyeballs, eyebrows and lips. Massage of the cheeks should begin from chin and be pulled and pressed towards the ears. Forehead massage should be given with circular movements by fingers and then should be lifted upwards as it is the most wrinkle prone area.

Accompaniments of Massage
The massage should be done with oil, cream, butter, milk or ubtans for improving the skin texture. The use of milk or cream (the skim of milk) has been in the use for massage since the ancient ages for a glowing skin. Ubtans are also good for the massage except neck, spine and face; oil should be used for those portions. Mustard Oil, Olive Oil and Sesame Oil are best to use during this massage. Milk or cream of milk is specifically used for face.

Some recipes of milk and cream of milk have been given below:
