In the Bhavnagar district in the state of Gujarat, Dhola is a census town. It is located at a height of 56 metres (183 feet) above mean sea level. This town is located between 21.88° North latitude and 71.78° East longitude.
According to the 2001 census report, Dhola had a population of 8049 inhabitants. Males constitute 52% of the population and females constitute 48% of the population. In Dhola, 14% of the population is less than six years of age. Dhola has an average literacy rate of 67% which is higher in comparison to the national average literacy which is 59.5%. The male literacy rate is 75% and, female literacy rate is 58%.
