Satguru Rohidass Ashram serves as a pilgrimage site for his devotees and followers. It also houses an ancient temple of Satguru Ravidass (Rohidass) Ji. A 'Yagya Hawan Kund' can be witnessed in front of the temple which has a historical significance. According to local myths, a few decades ago, seven kunds were present in the Ashram related to Satguru Ravidass ji out of which only three are left presently.
Among the three, one of the kund is known as 'Shram Kund' where Satguru Ravidass ji used to do leather work. The second one is known as 'Shaan Kund' which is associated with the tale of Pandit Ganga Ram and Ganga. It is said that the king of this place, King Kankan, became immensely inspired by the spiritual power of Satguru Ravidass Ji and thus became his follower. 'Hemano Kund' is the name of the third Kund where 'Pind Daan' is done by the followers of Satguru Ravidass ji. Satguru Ravidass (Rohidass) Ji himself created these Kunds for fighting against social discriminations in terms of caste, creed and colour.
Numerous famous personalities were the disciples of Satguru Ravidass ji, including Queen Jhalla, Mirabai and King Pipa. At Kathiawar region of Junagadh, another memorial of Satguru Ravidass ji Kund is located whereas at Prachi, near Kathiawar, a stone idol of Lord Madhava can be found under a Jamun tree, which is also associated with the spiritual powers of Satguru Ravidass Ji. He also spread the message of tolerance and universal brotherhood through his preaching.
