The Shri Ganesha Stuti is one of the mantras of Lord Ganesha which is recited daily by the devotees for the obliteration of hindrances and other obstacles. Lord Ganesha is the son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati and the elder brother Lord Kartikeya (Skanda). This sacred strotam also helps to attain success in important ventures and tasks. The mantra praises the Lord and is recited before the beginning of any ritual or project. The verses contain the divine powers of the Lord and explain the manners and honorable traits of Ganesha and the Puranas mention that with the Shraddha (devotion) and Bhava (faith) of the devotee, the benefits of the Shri Ganesha Stuti can be achieved.
