Tonk of Sampratiraj is located in Girnar in Junagadh district of Gujarat. The presiding deity of this temple is Sri Neminath. The height of this idol is almost 53 inches. The Tonk of Sampratiraj is located to the north of the Vastupal Tejpal Jinalaya.

History of Tonk of Sampratiraj
Emperor Sampratiraj belonged to the Maurya Empire and was the grandson of Emperor Ashoka. He embraced Jainism on the advice of Acharya Sahastisuri. Sampratiraj reigned in Ujjain during 113 BCE. He is credited with building lakhs of Jinalaya and crores of idols and statues. The idol of Sri Neminath was installed in this temple by Emperor Sampratiraj in the year 1510 B.C. An idol of Hansavahini can be seen outside the garbagriha of the main temple. The deity is seen holding a Vina in one hand and in another she is seen holding a book. The deity is thus thought to a form of Goddess Saraswati. The Rabgmandap also houses a 54 inch idol of Kaussagavali and 24 other idols. These idols are beautifully decorated and attract the attention of the viewers.

The temple is double storied and has two doors each facing the west side and the south side. However, presently only the door facing the south side is kept open. The exterior walls of the temple has been intricately decorated and beautifully ornamented.
