Sanjeevaiah Park is a beautiful park located adjacent to Hussein Sagar Lake in Hyderabad in the Indian state of Andhara Pradesh. Located in the Necklace Road, the park serves as one of the most popular recreational spot.
Sanjeevaiah Park has been named after Mr. Neelam Sanjeev Reddy who served as the former President of India. The park spreads over an area of 99 acres and stretches upto the end of Necklace Road at Hyderabad.
The lush green lawns of the Sanjeevaiah Park are a pleasure to visitors. The main attraction of this beautiful park is the multi-coloured roses that portray an eye-catching look amidst the garden enclosed by the trees and the meadows. The roses cultivated here are of exclusive high breed. Among other attractions of the park is the Rock Garden. The garden is adorned with rocks that are of different shapes and sizes. The floral clock in Sanjeevaiah Park is an added attraction to the visitors.
Sanjeevaiah Park also serves as a major attraction for the children who enjoy their time here by participating in various types of games. Merry-go-rounds, swings, balance bars and many other play things have been constructed here. The park is well maintained and is thus a favorite spot not only the tourists but also with the children and the young couples.
