Triratra Vrata is a continence that might extend from twelve days to one year. This ritual is the beginning of a rigorous training. the man, who practices the Triratra Vrata each fortnight, by taking a single meal on each day of its observance becomes wealthy. Triratra Vrata is observed on the day of the ninth phase of the moons increase in the Magha month.
