He has worked in many popular Hindi serials some of which are Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Crime Patrol, Saara Akash, Ssshhhh...Phir Koi Hai, Ek Ladki Anjaani Si and many more. Shakti Anand has also worked in some Bollywood movies. Anand was born on 23rd September 1975. He has received master"s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering after which he used to work in GE Capital as a medical examiner in Delhi. Shakti Anand made his debutan performance in Ekta Kapoor"s popular Hindi daily soap Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. The Show was telecasted in Star Plus channel in 2000. In the year 2004, Shakti hosted Crime Patrol in Sony Entertainment television. Crime Patrol is a crime anthology series based on reality. Anand was also featured in Saara Akash in Star Plus and Ek Ladki Anjaani Si in Sony TV, which got immense popularity from the audiences. Anand also participated in Nach Baliye season 1 with his wife Sai Deodhar Anand. This dance reality show was broadcasted in Star Plus channel.
