It has been regularly broadcasted all over Tamil Nadu and amongst the DTH listeners. Chennai Rainbow FM (101.4 MHz) broadcasts this program and Trichy Rainbow FM, Thirunelveli (Nellai) AIR, Coimbatore Rainbow FM, Uthagamandalam (Ooty) AIR and Madurai AIR are still relaying this program between 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm. Network Neram started on 15th of July 2006 and since its inception, all the audiences enjoy this musical show immensely.

Several RJs host this programme at different slots. This not only brings a variety to the presentation, but the show also earns a multifaceted outlook each time it is broadcasted. Anwar, Nelson, Saravanan, Sabari, Selva, Ruban, Murali, Karthik, Jayashri, Saranya, Vasagamani, Gayathri and Thirunavukkarasu are the radio jockeys hosting Network Neram program. Although there are numerous private FM channels in south India, Network Neram is the top-performing program.

The Best Music with "Sema Arattai" happens to be the trademark of Network Neram. The listeners enjoy the nostalgia of Network Neram, since this show is just not particularly for the metropolis but specifically for the south Indian culture.
