Nehru Zoological Park is located in Hyderabad, the Capital city of both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. This Zoological Park is spread over an area of three hundred and eighty acres in area. Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad was established on 26th October 1959 with a view to develop as a "Modern Zoo" with simulated natural environment. It was inaugurated on 6th October 1963.
