Museum of fine arts is located inside the campus of Punjab University, Chandigarh. It was established in the year 1968 mainly for the student of fine arts of that university.
Museum of fine arts museum has a distinctive collection of Indian contemporary painting. The museum also exhibits some famous paintings of the world masters. Museum of fine arts is open on all days from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m except Sundays.
