The Health Museum, Hyderabad is situated in the district of Andhra Pradesh. It was set up in the year 1948, primarily as old as India itself. Besides, being a museum in itself, it is a veteran institution on the other hand. It portrays the social evils that once bashed the ancient India. It tells the inadequacy in true dedication, adherence, advancement and improvement and several other threats like ignorance and poverty.
There are two spacious halls representing the children's hub. One shows the proper and balanced nourishment, wellness, and various deadly diseases like cancer, tuberculosis, leprosy and a number of intriguing features of polio, small pox and diphtheria.
The second atrium of the Health Museum is sanctified with different aspects of life of a mother and the process of giving birth. On the other hand, to make the visitors feel interested there are various wooden placards putting a lot of emphasis on procedures of health improvement and snaps of various dignified scientists.
The Health Museum also has a functional library that conducts movie shows (chiefly documentaries) on Saturdays and Wednesdays.
Except on Friday, the visitors are welcome to visit the museum between 10am to 5pm.
