Gulariya is a town in the Badaun district of the northern state of India, Uttar Pradesh. The local administration of the town is looked after by the nagar panchayat.
As per the Indian census report published in 2001, Gulariya had a small population of 4886. Males and females account for 54% and 46% of the population. In Gulariya, 17% of the population is less than six years of age. Statistics records that the town of Gulariya had a literacy rate of 44%, which is much lower than the national average literacy rate, which is 59.5%. The male literacy rate is 51% and the female literacy rate is 35%.
